These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Bloom Acupuncture & Fertility, an S-Corp registered in the State of California ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using our website, www.bloomacu.com or www.fertilityacupuncturesandiego.com (collectively referred to as the "Site"), you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Use of the Site

By using the Site, you agree not to: • Use the Site for any unlawful purposes. • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. • Engage in activities that disrupt or interfere with the Site’s functionality. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for users who violate these Terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold Bloom Acupuncture & Fertility harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

10. Appointment Cancellation & No-Show Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, you must provide at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within 24 hours or fail to show up, you will be charged a $50 late cancellation/no-show fee. This fee is non-refundable and must be paid before scheduling any future appointments.

11. Pre-Paid Packages

Bloom Acupuncture & Fertility may offer discounted pre-paid packages. These packages must be used within one (1) year of the purchase date. Unused appointments will expire after one year and are non-refundable.

12. Licensed Acupuncturists

All acupuncturists at Bloom Acupuncture & Fertility are licensed by the California Acupuncture Board. License validity can be verified at www.acupuncture.ca.gov.

13. Pet Policy

A dog is present on the premises, though it does not enter the treatment area. If you have severe dog allergies, this clinic may not be the best fit for you.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
