Meet Bloom Acupuncture & Fertility’s founder: Dr. Tamara Roe
Working as a fertility specialist is so much more than just a job for me — it’s my life’s calling.
While studying East Asian medicine and acupuncture in graduate school, I was immediately drawn to fertility and reproductive medicine. The journey into parenthood is deeply personal to me, and I am passionate about supporting individuals and couples in creating the families they dream of.
I’d always wanted to become a mother and when I gave birth to my own son at 37, it was the single most transformative experience of my life. Being a mom is what I am most grateful for in my own life, and helping others have healthy babies is much more than a job to me. I am 100% invested in your success.

Infertility is increasing — and holistic East-West medicine is proven to help
If you’re struggling to get pregnant, you’re not alone. Roughly one in six people worldwide are now affected by infertility, according to the World Health Organization. Here in the US, the number of babies born via Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART), which includes IVF, increased by almost 50% from 2012 to 2021.
This area of medicine is rapidly growing in need — and research shows that a combination of both Eastern and Western medicine approaches can improve fertility outcomes.
This synergy lies at the core of our Bloom Acupuncture & Fertility ethos: we’re here to give you the best of both worlds, blending the beauty and holistic model of Traditional Chinese Medicine with the precision, diagnostic tools, and evidence-based data of Western medicine.
We’re constantly inspired by the innate intelligence and healing potential of the human body — let’s unlock this for you and your family with our evidence-based holistic approach.
