 What Our Patients Are Saying-

Tamara is an amazingly knowledgeable, kind, and intuitive healer. I was fortunate enough to be treated by her for 2 pregnancies, for completely different chief complaints, and cannot thank her enough for helping to bring our 2 babies into this world. As a physician, I can appreciate the way Tamara works in conjunction with a patient’s allopathic medical doctor in a truly integrated manner, supporting a patient’s therapeutic relationship with all who cares for her.

I have watched you help so many women conceive and carry full term healthy pregnancies. You truly change people’s lives! You are such an amazing healer Tamara.
— Joanna Yanez, Owner Rebirth Massage
I am blessed to have you in my life. You are a true angel. “Thank you” can never fully say how I feel. It’s been a long journey. With your positive words and caring manner you have made this pregnancy achievable. You will forever hold a special place in my heart.
— V.R.
I just want to thank you for all you do. I know I wouldn’t be pregnant without you and your work. Thank God for you!
— R.R.
Our dream came true with the birth of our daughter. I started seeing Tamara while trying to get pregnant, and was pregnant within a few months. I continued seeing Tamara throughout the pregnancy which was great, and I always looked forward to all appointments.

Why Use Acupuncture to Treat Reproductive Health?

The human body has over 2,000 acupoints connected by electromagnetic pathways, or meridians. These pathways distribute the flow of Qi (“chee”) and Blood throughout the body. When the flow of either Qi or Blood is disrupted, disease arises.

Acupuncture uses tiny, stainless steel needles to stimulate points on the various meridians to gently guide the body back into balance. A skilled practitioner knows how to use specific point combinations to address a multitude of health conditions, including infertility diagnoses, gynecological conditions, and pregnancy symptoms.

Acupuncture can balance hormones, increase blood flow to the reproductive organs, calm the nervous system and reduce anxiety, eliminate menstrual cramping and pain, regulate menstrual cycles and ovulation, reduce inflammation, relieve headaches, treat nausea, and so much more.

Why Use Integrative Medicine?

By taking an integrative approach toward reproductive medicine, we create the ideal treatment plan for each patient, supporting fertility, pregnancy, and healthy babies.

The Western aspect is useful in giving us concrete data, such as labs, imaging, and other diagnostics, while the Eastern holistic model allows us to get to the root of the condition, as well as address the spiritual and emotional components of disease.
